Grounds Maintenance Contractor for EPB East Operations Center

This includes regular mowing, weed eradication, shrubbery pruning, trash collection. The contractor will ensure all areas are maintained in an orderly and neat appearance throughout the growing season, adhering to EPB’s standards and schedules.

Mileage Trimming Contract

RFP-16143

EPB is requesting bids for grouped circuit work as identified in the attached circuit listings for Year 1 and Year 2. Circuits must remain within their designated groups. Contractors must complete all work within an awarded group before proceeding to another group, unless prior approval is obtained from EPB. Bidders must provide pricing either: Per total mileage for each group, or Per mile for each group. EPB reserves the right to award any or all circuit groups and is not obligated to award all listed work.
