The Compliance solution should provide capabilities for corporate policy administration, compliance management for industry frameworks such as NIST CST, NIST 800-53, COSO Internal Controls Framework, SOC 2. The Third Party Vendor Management solution should provide the ability to send/receive vendor questionnaires, securely store required third party vendor audit reports, and allow for ongoing vendor management throughout the contract lifecycle.
