The Electric Power Board of Chattanooga (EPB) invites all qualified, licensed vendors to submit proposals for administrative and case management services for EPB’s self-insured workers’ compensation program known as the On-the-Job Injury (OJI) program. The selected vendor will manage EPB’s self-administered workplace injury program, providing full-service claim administration, medical management, bill review, subrogation, reporting, and related services according to the OJI Policy. All vendors must have turn-key operations and demonstrate integrated administration and case management services.

EPB is seeking an internet security software solution that delivers a comprehensive, value-added cybersecurity service for residential and commercial broadband customers. The solution should provide always-on protection for devices, data, and online activity, with real-time defense against viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing, and other emerging cyber threats. EPB requires a platform that supports multi-device protection in home/business and out of home/business across PCs, Macs, smartphones, and tablets under a simple licensing model, enabling customers to secure their digital lives with ease. The solution should be user-friendly, scalable, and capable of supporting EPB’s large broadband customer base while enhancing the overall customer experience and security posture.

EPB is seeking a best-in-class WiFi 7 router mesh access point solution that is compatible with Plume's Opensync protocol. Proposals may include a custom or existing solution which meets EPB's requirements and specifications.
