1 This incentive can only be coupled with the Electric Vehicle Connectivity Rebate of $150 and cannot be combined with any other program incentives

*Rebates are now available through the EnergyRight® Residential Services program brought to you by EPB and TVA. Rebates are available on qualifying measures installed by a member of our Quality Contractor Network (QCN). Beginning October 1, 2023, QCN members must initiate your rebate claim within 30 days of completing your project by submitting qualifying measures on your behalf to TVA.

How to achieve a higher HERS Index

  • High-efficiency HVAC System – 15.3 SEER2 Rating or higher
  • Attic Insulation – recommended rating of R-38 or better
  • Double-pane Windows – with vinyl or wood frames
  • LED Lighting – efficient fixtures and LED bulbs
  • FREE Blower Door & Duct Blaster Tests – to ensure no air leaks
